Standard Flat Rate Shipping takes between 7 - 29 business days for delivery (during busy Christmas season it is quite likely to take the maximum estimated time) and will cost you $7.99 for orders under $60. Shipping is FREE for orders $60 or more.

At Dapper Time we’re super-efficient and want you to have your timepiece as soon as possible. We will try to process and dispatch your order as quickly as we can, which may limit our ability to add items to the initial order or to prevent a package from shipping. Nevertheless, do reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
If there is a problem with the quality of the watch you can return it and get full refund within 7 days; replace or repair it within 30 days. The shipping cost is on us if the return or exchange is caused by our fault. But please tell us BEFORE you ship the product, and inform us beforehand of the shipping method and cost - we might offer a better one.

We aim to reply to you as soon as we can – this shouldn’t take longer than 48 hours.
We use PayPal and Stripe online payments as payment methods. Stripe gateway accepts Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards. PayPal Express Checkout will let you pay with your PayPal account OR credit/debit card. That means that even if you do not have PayPal account, or do not have any credits on your account, you can use a debit or credit card accepted by PayPal (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) to pay.
We try to show our appreciation to loyal and valued customers by offering the discount coupons. Some of them have unlimited validity, others may be open to use just for a certain time. If not specified, please drop as a line at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be happy to check that for you. Please note the codes won't be accepted for already discounted items.

We understand that you might simply not like what you see once you get it. No hard feelings - Happy or it's replaced.
1. All products must be returned in their original condition.
Please note that we cannot process any products that are returned without our prior knowledge. If you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to via email and obtain a "Product Return" form that must be included with your package. You also have to inform us of the shipping method and cost you plan to use - we might offer a better one.
2. Mis-shipped products: For mis-shipped items (item shipped was not item ordered), once confirmed, we will be responsible for an item exchange and any shipping fees. If you so choose, you can also return the product and get a full refund plus the shipping and handling fee.
3. Color Errors: If the color of the item received is not what was ordered, you are eligible for a full refund. (This does not apply if the color difference is caused by your display monitor.)

Returned products should be in brand new condition with original packaging. If any accessory or the original item was lost during the process of returning, we will deduct the price of the lost item from any refund.
After confirming the wrong item has been sent, we will exchange your item or fully refund the item and pay for shipping both ways. Please inform us about shipping method and cost BEFORE shipping anything back to us, we might offer better shipping method.
